Crash Out means to go crazy, often by getting angry or acting recklessly.

Example: “He completely crashed out when they called him a liar.”
Means: “He got extremely angry when they called him a liar.”

Example: “Don’t crash out over something so minor.”
Means: “Don’t lose your temper or act recklessly over something so minor.”
