Sus is used to describe someone who is acting suspiciously or behaving in a way that seems untrustworthy. Among younger generations, it is also used to describe someone who is perceived as behaving in a camp or gay manner.
Example: “He’s acting really sus about where he was last night”
Means: “He’s acting suspiciously about his whereabouts.”
Example: “That outfit is so sus”
Means: “That outfit is flamboyant or camp.”
