Fairs is a slang term used to mean “fair enough,” “okay” “cool,” or “I understand.” It is commonly used to show agreement, acceptance, or that you have no issue with what someone has said.

Example: “I can’t make it tonight, got work early.” “Fairs.”
Means: “Fair enough, I understand.”

Example: “We’ll just order a takeaway instead.” “Fairs.”
Means: “Okay, that sounds good.”
