Peak describes a situation or experience that is considered bad, unfortunate, or negative. It is often used to express sympathy or to emphasise how unfortunate or difficult a situation is.

Example: “I missed the last train home. That’s peak”
Means: “I missed the last train home. That’s unfortunate.”

Example: “He got his phone stolen. That’s peak”
Means: “He got his phone stolen. That’s a bad situation.”
